本文总结了古山立井重车线松软岩层采用浅孔爆破、多循环作业的施工方法,并阐述了松软岩层的基本特征,详细介绍了软岩的主要物理力学性质,浅孔爆破的凿岩机具和器材,以及爆破参数和效果。抓住调车运输这个薄弱环节,采用多工序平行作业,改换作业方式,坚持全面质量管理,开展QC小组活动,建立各工序管理网点,使施工过程中各工序都在预控范围内,保证了工程高速、优质和低耗。工程创造了月进度145m的好成绩。经过两年半的观察,锚、网、喷支护的巷道无破坏迹象,始终保持完好,并取得了明显的经济效益。
