近年来,随着改革的逐步深入,兰州乡镇企业犹如雨后春笋,蓬勃发展。乡镇经济已成为我市国民经济的重要组成部分。目前,我市乡镇企业面临着一个严峻的问题,即企业素质不高和各业人才奇缺。企业素质不高,人才奇缺,从微观上讲,关系到乡镇企业有没有发展后劲,或者说发展后劲大还是小的问题;从宏观上讲,关系到全市经济发展战略能否实现,或者说实现是快还是慢的问题。因此,我们必须将提高乡镇企业素质和培养、开发人才放到发展兰州经济的核心位置加以考虑,给予解决。
In recent years, with the gradual deepening of reform, township enterprises in Lanzhou have thrived and flourished. Township economy has become an important part of our city’s national economy. At present, the township enterprises in our city are facing a serious problem, namely, the quality of enterprises is not high and the talents in various fields are scarce. The quality of enterprises is not high, lack of talent, from a microcosmic point of view, relates to the township enterprises have no development potential, or the development of larger or smaller issues; from a macro point of view, relates to the city’s economic development strategy can be achieved, or The question of whether implementation is fast or slow. Therefore, we must take measures to improve the quality of township and village enterprises, train and develop qualified personnel in the core of developing Lanzhou’s economy, and give solutions to them.
