对接板的TIG封底焊本文研究了TIG封底焊时坡口间隙对背面成形的影响,点固焊缝长度和间隔的确定,焊丝成份对背面成形的影响,TIG立焊背面成形的工艺措施等。试验表明,坡口间隙在2.5~4.0毫米之间,可以满足DIN8563要求的背面成形;间隙小于2.2或大于4.5毫米,则背面易出现凹陷、咬边或加强高过高等缺陷。以TIG焊速100毫米/分计,确定了点固焊缝间隔最小长度为150毫米。点固焊缝最小长度为20毫米。通过焊丝SG2与H10Mn2的对比试验可看出,因SG2含有比H10Mn2高10倍的硅(0.7%),背面成形优良。相反,H10Mn2焊丝的背面没有渣,表面氧化、咬边严重。TIG立焊时背面往往凹陷、咬边严重。试验发现背面加盖板充氩即可解决这个问题。盖板中央有一条4×20毫米的沟槽,充氩流量2升/分,就可得到满
