近两年,医患之间的纠纷层出不穷,且纠纷的深度和广度越来越大,有向“情况严重”发展的趋势。为此,政府有关部门相继出台了许多法规、制度,以抑制这种“情况严重”的蔓延,例如时下正在各级医疗单位推行的“患者选择医生”制度,正是在这种“情况严重”的情况下出台的。
