目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病早期肾损伤中尿微量白蛋白(U-ALB)与可溶性细胞间粘附因子-1水平变化及相关性分析。方法测定正常妊娠组、妊娠期高血压组U-ALB含量;测定正常未孕组、正常妊娠组、妊娠期高血压组、子痫前期组4组(孕32-35周)sIACM-1值;所测值进行组间比较并对sIACM-1、U-ALB进行相关性分析。结果妊娠期高血压患者U-ALB阳性率(60.00%)明显高于正常妊娠组(10.00%),P<0.01;sIACM-1正常妊娠组高于未孕组,P<0.05;与正常妊娠组比较,妊娠期高血压组高于正常妊娠组,P<0.05;子痫前期组明显高于正常妊娠组,P<0.01;与妊娠高血压组比较P<0.05。妊娠期高血压组sIACM-1与U-ALB相关性分析,相关系数(r)为0.723;P值<0.01。结论 U-ALB、sIACM-1在妊娠期高血压疾病早期肾损伤中含量明显增高,两者之间呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of urine microalbuminuria (U-ALB) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in early stage of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy induced hypertension and its correlation. Methods The levels of U-ALB in normal pregnancy group and gestational hypertension group were measured. The sIACM-1 values in 4 groups (32-35 weeks pregnant) of normal pregnant group, normal pregnancy group, gestational hypertension group and preeclampsia group were determined. The measured values were compared between groups and the correlation analysis of sIACM-1, U-ALB. Results The positive rate of U-ALB in pregnancy-induced hypertension was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy (60.00% vs 10.00%, P <0.01). The normal pregnant women with sIACM-1 were significantly higher than those without pregnancy (P <0.05) Compared with normal pregnancy group, P <0.05; preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy group, P <0.01; compared with pregnancy-induced hypertension group, P <0.05. Correlation analysis of sIACM-1 and U-ALB in gestational hypertension group showed that the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.723; P value <0.01. Conclusions U-ALB and sIACM-1 are significantly increased in early stage renal damage of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, and there is a positive correlation between U-ALB and sIACM-1.
