在现代无损检测技术中,超声成象技术是一种令人瞩目的新技术。无损检测技术的基本目的是检测出物体中的缺陷,并确定其位置、大小和性质。物体的超声图象可提供直观和大量的信息,直接反映物体的声学和力学性质,而这些性质恰是应用断裂力学评价材料的依据。当然,超声成象技术还具有对人体无害、设备投入和使用费用相对较低等超声检测方法所共有的优点。此外,现代超声成象技术大都有自动数据采集、自动数据处理和自动作出评价的功能,使超声成象成为现代定量无损检测的一种重要技术。现在,超声成象在医疗诊断、地震遥感、地质勘探、海洋研究、材料科学等领域正在日益开辟新的用途。超声成象技术有着非常广阔的发展前景。
In modern NDT technology, ultrasound imaging technology is a remarkable new technology. The basic purpose of NDT technology is to detect defects in an object and determine its location, size and nature.
