克而瑞最新数据统计显示,2013年销售额前30强的房地产企业中,截至到2014年10月底,仅有万科、恒大等6家企业完成了80%的销售目标。对这6家企业进行综合分析,不难发现,无论是万科还是恒大都是近年来在产城融合过程中寻求转型较为成功的典型企业。另一项数据统计显示,截止到目前,全国已经有6000多个产业园区分布在各地,其中省级以上园区达1500多个。
