预应力混凝土空心板的天棚,都要进行装饰抹灰。房屋竣工验收后,时间一长,局部房间天棚容易出现几条O.1～1.O mm宽的通长裂缝,而且这些裂缝都是沿空心板缝出现的。裂缝的产生,有诸多的原因。如施工单位在安装空心板对,坐浆不饱满;灌板缝时,板缝清洗不干净,有砖屑、泥砂等杂物;灌缝细石混凝土强度达不到设计要求,振捣不密实等。造成空心板不能形成一个整体,振动后就容易产生裂缝,影响房间的美观。用户进行装修时,就必须对裂缝进行处理。
