变异性心绞痛发生于休息时,尤其好发于夜间或清晨,心电图示ST段抬高,是由于冠状动脉痉挛所致。变异性心绞痛亦可由运动、刺激α-肾上腺素能诱发,运动时出现交感神经兴奋可解释某些变异性心绞痛患者在运动时发作心绞痛而伴有ST段抬高。本文旨在证实变异性心绞痛可由运动诱发,并说明其发生机理。方法:13例变异性心绞痛患者,年龄41~63岁,均无心肌梗塞、心力衰竭、慢性肺部阻塞性疾患或其他严重合并症。运动试验前除硝酸甘油停用2小时外,其他药物停用至少5天。患者空腹,在早晨5~8时,以12%坡度每小时2.5哩在活动平板运动
Variant angina occurs at rest, especially in the evening or early morning, ECG ST segment elevation due to coronary artery spasm. Variant angina pectoris can also be induced by exercise to stimulate α-adrenergic. Sympathetic excitation during exercise may explain angina pectoris accompanied by ST-segment elevation in patients with certain variant angina during exercise. This article aims to confirm that varicose angina is induced by exercise and to explain its mechanism. Methods: Thirteen patients with variant angina were aged 41-63 years without myocardial infarction, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or other serious comorbidities. Except nitroglycerin 2 hours before exercise test, other drugs should be stopped for at least 5 days. The patient was fasting, at 5 to 8 am in the morning, with a 12% slope 2.5 miles per hour in active treadmill exercise
