本文报告了用区分剂量法、半数致死浓度法连续5年监测成都市主要媒介蚊种对化学杀虫剂(溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、马拉硫磷、DDT)抗药性。致倦库蚊对所测杀虫剂均有明显抗药性;三带喙库蚊对马拉硫磷的抗药性明显,对溴氰菊酯和DDT存在初级抗性;中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯抗药性波动较大,但敏感性处于回升趋势,对马拉硫磷是相当敏感的,而对DDT有明显抗药性;嗜人按蚊对溴氰菊酯和DDT均敏感。
In this paper, we report that the resistance of major mosquito vectors in Chengdu to chemical insecticides (deltamethrin, permethrin, malathion, DDT) was monitored for five consecutive years using the Dose-Dose Method and the lethal concentration method. Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were significantly resistant to the tested insecticides; Culex triturus was significantly resistant to malathion and had primary resistance to deltamethrin and DDT; Ester drug resistance fluctuated greatly, but the sensitivity was in a rising trend, which was quite sensitive to malathion and obvious to DDT. Anopheles anthropophagus was sensitive to both deltamethrin and DDT.
