基于公共部门网站发展评估的模式,本文考察了中国国民党、美国民主党、英国保守党等世界政党网站建设的情况并进行比较和评估。结合中国共产党党建网站建设情况以及全球网络发展新趋势,提出加强中国共产党党建网站建设重点:网站设计应当归类清晰、功能整合、界面优化;积极应用交易功能、社交网络、移动技术;探索应用网络社区、内部论坛、电子参与功能。
Based on the public sector website development assessment model, this article examines the situation of the websites of world political parties such as the Chinese Kuomintang, the U.S. Democrats and the Conservatives in Britain and compares and evaluates them. Combined with the construction conditions of the Communist Party of China (CPC) websites and the new trend of global network development, this paper puts forward the following key points to strengthen the construction of CPC’s CPC websites: website design should be classified clearly, functionally integrated and interface optimized; actively apply transaction function, social network and mobile technology; Community, internal forums, e-participation functions.
