[阅读材料]一张小小的信用卡,却是国际上最重要的支付手段之一.信用卡是由银行或专门公司发给私人使用的一种信用凭证,在国内使用时是—消费信贷,在国际上使用则是以信用卡保证的一种结算方式和支付手段.信用卡的形态大致与“居民身份证”相类似,通常是用塑料卡片精制而成的.卡的正面印有号码、发卡机构名称、信用卡有效期限、持卡人姓名等,背面有持卡人的签字样式和使用该卡的简章.
