司法作风无小事,必须切实提高对加强和改进司法作风建设重要性和紧迫性的认识,通过狠抓作风建设,推动提升队伍素质,提升审判质量,提升司法公信力。加强和改进司法作风建设,是提升法院队伍素质的必然要求。法官的一言一行,一举一动,直接影响着人民群众对法院和法官的整体评价,直接影响着人民群众对社会公平正义和法律权威的认同。
Judicial style is no small matter. We must earnestly raise our awareness of the importance and urgency of strengthening and improving the judicial style of work. We should enhance the quality of the team, enhance the quality of judicial work and enhance the credibility of the judiciary by paying close attention to style building. To strengthen and improve the construction of judicial work style is a necessary requirement for improving the quality of the court team. Every move by judges, every move, has a direct impact on the people’s overall evaluation of courts and judges and directly affects people’s acceptance of social fairness and justice and legal authority.
