采用溶胶-凝胶燃烧法制备了铜基氧载体CuO/CuAl_2O_4,利用热重分析仪研究了铜基氧载体的释氧性能,并在固定床反应器内对铜基氧载体的释氧和吸氧特性进行了实验研究。结果表明,CO_2气氛下,铜基氧载体能够释放出O_2,随反应温度增加,O_2-CO_2混合气体中O_2含世增加,反应时间减少.释氧后的铜基氧载体能够吸收N_2-O_2混合气中的O_2,吸氧速率及转化率同时受到热力学和动力学控制.880℃为铜基氧载体最佳释氧与吸氧温度。
Copper-based oxygen carrier CuO / CuAl 2 O 4 was prepared by sol-gel combustion method. The oxygen release performance of the copper-based oxygen carrier was investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer. The oxygen release and absorption of copper-based oxygen carrier Oxygen characteristics of the experimental study. The results show that the copper-based oxygen carrier can release O_2 under the atmosphere of CO_2, and as the reaction temperature increases, O_2 -CO_2 mixed gas increases the O_2 content and decreases the reaction time.The copper-based oxygen carrier after oxygen release can absorb the mixed N_2-O_2 O_2, oxygen uptake rate and conversion of gas were controlled by thermodynamics and kinetics at the same time, and the optimum oxygen release and oxygen absorption temperature of copper-based oxygen carrier at 880 ℃ were obtained.
