文化大革命以来,延安地区油菜生产发展很快,高产典型不断涌现。洛川县吴家庄大队1975年495亩亩产146.7斤,黄陵县鲁村大队184亩亩产200.4斤。有的田块亩产400厅以上。主产区的南部六县,人少地多,油菜是小麦好前茬,又是当地主要经济作物,气候基本适宜,很有发展前途。不利因素是
