我于87年11月到12月,对我省20所中学(省重点中学10所、普通中学10所)的体育管理情况进行了问卷调查,对其中业余运动训练管理情况进行了统计和分析,得出的结果令人担忧,下面就如何加强中学业余训练管理作一初步探讨。 自国家教委、国家体委联合颁发《中小学体育传统项目学校试行办法》以来,中学业余训练日趋活跃,绝大部份中学相继恢复和建立了以本校传统项目为主的运动队。
