近年来流动注射分析(FIA)作为一种高效率的溶液处理技术在化学分析实验室中开始显示出其巨大的潜力,其中FIA技术与应用广泛的原子吸收光谱分析(AAS)的结合所显示的优越性也十分显著。FIA不仅能为AAS提供一种效率极高的输样技术,而且能够降低基体效应,通过在线分离富集提高灵敏度,减少干扰,提供更为简便可靠的标准加入法及减少试样与试剂消耗等。文中作者通过其实验室中的若干应用实例来说明FIA-AAS联用的效果及优越性。
