我国经济增长方式尚未实现根本性转变,增长方式粗放的问题更加突出,已严重地制约了经济的持续发展和全面建设小康社会目标的顺利实现。党的十七大报告从当前的发展实际出发,提出转变经济发展方式的重大战略,对促进国民经济又好又快发展具有重大意义。本文分析了转变我国经济发展方式的原因、经济发展与经济增长的不同点,在上述基础上指出我国转变经济发展方式的三条必经路径。
The fundamental mode of economic growth in our country has not yet been fundamentally changed, and the problem of extensive growth mode has become more prominent. This has seriously hampered the sustained economic development and the smooth realization of the goal of building an overall well-to-do society. The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, proceeding from the actual development at present, points out that the major strategy of transforming the mode of economic development is of great significance to the sound and rapid development of the national economy. This article analyzes the reasons for changing the mode of economic development in our country, the differences between economic development and economic growth, and points out the three necessary paths for our country to change its mode of economic development on the basis of the above.
