In early August, the training class on the opening of government affairs in the construction sector was held in Changchun city. More than 160 cadres working for the construction sector from across the world attended the training, and earnestly studied the spirit and requirement of opening government affairs put forward by the central government and the Ministry of Construction. The officials in Central Steering Group on the Opening of Government Affairs, the Department of Laws and Regulations of the Ministry of Construction, the Construction Department of Jilin Province and so on gave speeches on the training class.
