作者应用B超及X线对100例带器妊娠妇女宫内情况及33例非孕期IUD进行了观察研究,提出B超对IUD新的定位方法,即IUD上缘至宫底及前(后)壁浆膜层距离之差绝对值<0.5cm为正常位置。带器妊娠的主要原因为IUD移位。
The author of the B-ultrasound and X-ray of 100 cases with intrauterine pregnancy in women with intrauterine and 33 cases of non-pregnant IUD were observed and studied, I proposed a new method of positioning BUD IUD, to the uterine edge of the Uterus and the former (after) Wall serosa layer distance difference between the absolute value of <0.5cm for the normal position. The main cause of pregnancy with the device is IUD displacement.
