目的探究妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平与新生儿出生体重关系分析。方法入选我院2013年6月~2014年6月妊娠期糖尿病患者60例为实验组,同期入选正常妊娠者60例为研究对照,检测妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平及血脂水平,评估两组的新生儿出生体重情况。结果实验组的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖、新生儿出生体重等临床指标显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的甘油三脂、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白水平显著实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组、对照组巨大儿发生比例分别为25.0%(15例)、5.0%(3例),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.91,P<0.05);新生儿出生体质量、孕期体质量增长水平随着妊娠期糖尿病血糖水平的升高而逐渐升高,二者呈正相关。结论血脂水平、血糖水平、孕期体质量增长水平与糖代谢异常孕妇新生儿出生体质量水平密切相关,需实时监测,对降低出现巨大儿的比例具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between blood glucose level and birth weight in gestational diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Sixty patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the experimental group. 60 normal pregnant women were selected as the control study during the same period. The levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were measured. Neonatal birth weight. Results The clinical indexes of glycosylated hemoglobin, postprandial 2h blood glucose, fasting blood glucose and newborn birth weight were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group (P <0.05). The triglyceride, total cholesterol, low (P <0.05). The incidence of macrosomia in experimental group and control group were 25.0% (15 cases) and 5.0% (3 cases) respectively, the difference was statistically significant (Χ2 = 7.91, P <0.05). Neonatal birth weight and body mass gain during pregnancy increased gradually with the increase of gestational diabetes mellitus. The two groups were positively correlated. Conclusions The level of blood fat, blood glucose and the level of body weight gain during pregnancy are closely related to the birth weight of neonates with abnormal glucose metabolism. Monitoring in real time is of great clinical value in reducing the proportion of huge children.
