为了使电渣焊接在船舶制造中的船体結构(如艉柱的对接,舵杆与法兰的連接)、船用主机軸的对接、軸和法兰的連接及船用鍋爐制造中得到应用,我厂从八月份开始就进行电渣焊的試驗工作。首先碰到的困难就是沒有电渣焊設备,于是自己动手設計改装,至今已設計改装了几种“土”設备,并初步进行了工艺試验。 1.具有螺杆导板的电渣焊設备及焊接工艺。这种設备由三部分組成:电渣焊接机头(包括导向装置及冷却装置):配电控制机构;焊接电源。机头及其导向装置和冷却装置的构造如圖1。机头是利用-5型半自动焊机的焊絲給送机构将其固定于縱横位移調节拖板上,拉板則安装在两塊三角板构成
