我们自治区第一次召开这样规模的地方志工作会议,这件事的本身,就说明了自治区党委和自治区人民政府对于修志工作的极其重视。关于召开这次会议的意义、任务,以及要解决的问题,富文同志已作了详尽的阐述。我完全同意富文同志的讲话。 地方志是历史学的一个组成部分,但却有它自己的特点。地方志所记述的范围非常广泛,一个地区、一个自治州、一个市、一个县,从自然地理、历史沿革、矿产资源、农业、工业、商业、手工业等等,包括经济生活、生产关系、意识形态、上层建筑等各个领域,包罗万象,无所不载。因此,地方志被称为一个地方的“百科全书”。
For the first time in our autonomous region, a conference on local history work of such a scale has been held. This incident itself shows that the party committees of the autonomous regions and the people’s government of the autonomous region attach great importance to the work of rejuvenating the Chi. With regard to the significance and task of convening this meeting and the problems to be solved, Comrade Fu Wen has elaborated on it. I totally agree with Comrade Fu Wen’s speech. Local history is an integral part of history, but it has its own characteristics. Local chronicles described in a very wide range, a region, an autonomous prefecture, a city, a county, from the natural geography, historical evolution, mineral resources, agriculture, industry, commerce, handicrafts and so on, including economic life, production relations, ideology, Superstructure and other fields, all-encompassing, omnipresent. Therefore, local chronicles are called “Encyclopedia” of a place.
