近十年来宫内节育器(IUD)的放置时间和范围日见扩大,目前认为在排除禁忌证的前提下,放置时间上已很少限制。我县于1992年1月至1993年12月结合产后42天母婴健康检查放置IUD。现将386例产后42天放置IUD结果报告如下。
Over the past decade IUD placement time and scope of the day to see the increase, now that the exclusion of contraindications premise, placement time has been rarely limited. I County in January 1992 to December 1993 42 days postpartum combined with maternal and child health examination placed IUD. Now 386 postnatal 42 days placed IUD results are reported below.
