涡喷型发动机轴颈锻件属于Ⅱa类锻件Ⅰ类零件,原锻件肥头大耳,工艺落后,不但浪费大量不锈钢,而且在机加过程中尚要消耗不少工时和切削刀具.该锻件在入厂复验及工序间调质处理后机械性能检验时,经常出现a_K值不合格,致使锻件报废。 在德阳二重厂的支持下,我们对轴颈锻件进行了精化,改变了锻件理化检验取样部位,根据零件图形设计的特点,将中心孔部位的余料用套料刀具套出,作为100%性能检验用试料。通过批生产考验,工艺图纸已定型,不但节省了一部分金属,而且冶金质量也完全符合专用技术条件的要求。 一、锻件精化工艺
