目的对新疆维吾尔自治区实验动物研究中心饲养的清洁级灰仓鼠的生长发育和繁殖性能进行测定。方法选择8周龄的灰仓鼠,雌雄各半,1∶1交配繁殖,连续统计5胎繁殖性能和生长发育指标。结果灰仓鼠从初生到第五天生长速度最快,雄性生长速度比雌性快,但两者的生长率比较差异没有统计学意义(F=0.163,P>0.05,);胎间隔随胎次的增加逐渐增长,第二胎胎间隔与第五胎胎间隔差异没有统计学意义(F=0.005,P<0.05);第三胎在产仔鼠数和离乳数均为最高,第四、二胎次之,第一、五胎繁殖能力最低。结论清洁级灰仓鼠在饲养繁育过程中一般选择繁殖性能较好的第三胎留种。
Objective To determine the growth and reproduction of clean-grade gray hamster fed on experimental animal research center in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods Eight-week-old gray hamsters were selected and mated with male and female mice at the ratio of 1: 1 for reproductive performance. The reproductive performance and growth and development of 5 fetuses were measured continuously. Results Gray hamster had the fastest growth rate from birth to the fifth day and the growth rate of male was faster than that of female. However, the growth rate of gray hamster was not statistically significant (F = 0.163, P> 0.05) (F = 0.005, P <0.05). The third fetus had the highest numbers of offspring and offspring in the fourth trimester Fetal times, first, the lowest reproductive capacity of the fifth child. Conclusion The clean-grade gray hamsters usually choose the third-breed breed with better reproductive performance during breeding and breeding.
