在中职教育中,特殊教育作为了一项重要的组成部分,它是实现残疾人更好融入社会和就业的重要渠道。目前,我国中职特殊教育实践中,所采取的教学方法和培养目标依然采取了过于传统的统一化教育模式,即考核标准、教育目标以及授课方法都保持着高度的统一,这种落后的教育模式已经无法更好的适应新时期时代的快速发展,由此也逐渐的暴露出了很多的问题。为更好的改善这一教育现状,就需要改变传统落后的教育模式,实施分层教学便是一项有效手段。基于此,本文就针对当前我国中职特殊教育中分层教学法的应用问题进行了分析,希望能够对后期的相关工作有所帮助。
In secondary vocational education, special education is an important part of it and it is an important channel for realizing the better integration of people with disabilities in society and employment. At present, in the practice of special education for secondary vocational education in our country, the teaching methods and training objectives adopted still adopt the traditional and unification education mode, that is, the examination standard, the education goal and the teaching method all maintain a high degree of unity. This backward education The model has been unable to better adapt to the rapid development of the new era, which gradually exposed a lot of problems. In order to better improve the current situation of education, we need to change the traditional and backward education mode, and implement the teaching in different levels is an effective means. Based on this, this paper analyzes the application of the stratified teaching method in the current secondary vocational education in our country, hoping to be helpful for the related work in the later period.
