城乡一体化、新农村建设、城市改造等一些国家战略和社会变革需求推动了城市房屋建筑的发展。城市中房屋建设对资源的消耗非常大,尤其是水资源的消耗,近期耗时数十年的南水北调中线工程开始投入使用但是水资源问题从根本上没有得到解决,城市雨水的合理利用也正在改变着城市房屋的建筑结构和设计思路,文章通过分析雨水对城市房屋建筑的作用,提出了基于雨水收集和使用的城市房屋设计建筑思路。
