胎儿电子监护仪由于能连续提供有关胎儿在妊娠晚期及分娩过程中对于子宫收缩及胎盘血流供应状况的动态变化信息的实时情况。目前已能通过分析胎心率来诊断胎儿发育,胎盘呼吸功能,脐带受压,胎儿缺氧及酸中毒,有助于临床上处理及降低阎产期发病率及死亡率。材料与方法一、资料来源:从1981年4月~1982年7月对住院及门诊产前高危孕妇共121例进行胎儿电子监护仪外源性监护。
Fetal Electronic Monitors provide continual, real-time information about the dynamic changes in fetal uterine contractions and placental blood flow during late pregnancy and childbirth. Fetal heart rate can now be analyzed to diagnose fetal development, placental respiratory function, umbilical cord compression, fetal hypoxia and acidosis, contribute to the clinical treatment and reduce the incidence of fat production and mortality. Source: From April 1981 to July 1982, 121 cases of prenatal high-risk pregnant women in hospital and outpatient were subjected to extrinsic monitoring of fetal electronic monitor.
