尿道下裂是泌尿生殖系常见的先天性畸形,以往多采用分期手术,种类繁多,约200多种以上。我院自1976年3月至1986年3月采用膀胱粘膜尿道移植一期矫治尿道下裂30例,获一次手术成功,现报告如下:临床资料本组30例,其中再次手术者5例。均采用膀胱粘膜尿道成形一期矫治,前期手术的22例尿道外口开在冠状沟部,后期8例开在阴茎头最前端(正位)。年龄6～32岁。阴茎型6例,阴茎阴囊型11例,阴囊型11例,会阴型2例。新建尿道最长10cm,最短3cm。手术后住院时间最长28天,最短14天,平均18天。术后早期有2例出现尿道外口狭窄,
Hypospadias is a common congenital genitourinary deformity, the past, the use of staging surgery, a wide variety, about 200 kinds of above.
