采用放射性配基竞争结合法,测定连续激发哮喘大鼠服用补肾定喘汤后第1、3、7天肺组织糖皮质激素受体(GCR)。观察结果发现:激发后第1天中药组大鼠肺组织GCR较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01);第3天中药组大鼠肺组织GCR仍维持较高水平,与模型组比差异显著(P<0.01);第7天中药组及中药加西药组大鼠肺组织GCR水平较模型组均有显著差异(P<0.01),提示中药补肾定喘汤对哮喘大鼠肺组织GCR水平具有上调作用。
The radioligand competition binding assay was used to determine the glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) in lung tissue on the first, third, and seventh days after continuous administration of Bushen Dingchuan Decoction in asthmatic rats. Observed results: The GCR in the lungs of rats in the TCM group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group on the first day after challenge (P<0.01). The GCR in the TCM group was still maintained at a high level on the third day after the challenge, and it was comparable to the model group. The difference was significant (P<0.01). On the 7th day, the GCR levels in the lung tissue of the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese medicine plus western medicine group were significantly different from those in the model group (P<0.01), suggesting that the Bushen Dingchuan decoction has an effect on the lung tissue of asthmatic rats. GCR levels have an up-regulation effect.
