目的:评价数字化胃肠机在排粪造影检查中的应用价值。方法:对260例临床诊断为功能性便秘的患者,在数字胃肠机下行排粪造影检查,并进行图像采集和后处理。结果:260例全部完成检查,动态实时全程观察并记录,后处理后诊断。其中直肠前突174例;直肠黏膜脱垂73例,耻骨直肠肌综合征87例,盆底疝6例;直肠前突并黏膜脱垂40例,并耻骨直肠肌痉挛及肥厚10例。结论:数字化胃肠机运用在排粪检查中能客观地反应排便过程,减少漏诊,为临床进一步治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective: To evaluate the value of digital gastrointestinal machines in defecography. Methods: 260 cases of patients with functional constipation were diagnosed as digital defecography in digital gastrointestinal machines, and image acquisition and post-processing were performed. Results: All 260 patients completed the examination, observed and recorded dynamically in real time and post-treatment. There were 174 cases of rectocele, 73 cases of rectal mucosal prolapse, 87 cases of puborectalis syndrome, 6 cases of pelvic floor hernia, 40 cases of rectocele and mucosal prolapse and 10 cases of puborectalis muscle spasm and hypertrophy. Conclusion: The use of digital gastrointestinal machines in the defecation test can objectively reflect the defecation process, reduce missed diagnosis, to provide a reliable basis for clinical further treatment.
