在碱性催化剂的作用下,将甲醛与t-辛基苯酚反应,制备resolt-辛基苯酚酚醛树脂。用这种酚醛树脂与脂松香发生狄尔斯-阿尔德反应(Diels-Alderreaction),再用多元醇酯化,合成松香改性辛基酚醛树脂。该树脂软化点高,脂肪烃溶解性能好,抗酸碱,是制备油漆、油墨的一种新型高分子材料。
Under the action of a basic catalyst, formaldehyde and t-octylphenol are reacted to prepare resolt-octylphenol novolac resin. Diels-Alder reaction of this phenolic resin with gum rosin was followed by esterification with polyhydric alcohol to synthesize rosin-modified octylphenol formaldehyde resin. The resin has a high softening point, good aliphatic hydrocarbon solubility and acid and alkali resistance, and is a new type of polymer material for preparing paint and ink.
