本文作者应用菱形瓣整复颜面部缺损、颊粘膜缺损7例,效果满意。现报告如下。临床资料性别:男5例,女2例。年龄:最大年龄68岁,最小15岁。部位:左眶颧区、左颊部、左耳垂下区、左耳屏前、右上唇、右颏部、右口内颊区。病变性质:毛发上皮瘤、毛细血管瘤、钙化上皮瘤、寻常疣、粘液瘤、表皮样囊肿、慢性粘膜溃疡各1例。缺损范围:最小2.2×1.2cm,最大4.6×3.4cm。瓣式:Limberg皮瓣5例;Dufoumental,皮瓣2例。治疗结果:5例Limberg皮瓣有1例遗有1×2mm“1-”形疤痕。余例愈合良好。
The authors applied rhombic flap to repair facial defects, buccal mucosal defects in 7 cases, with satisfactory results. The report is as follows. Clinical data Sex: 5 males and 2 females. Age: The oldest is 68 years old and the youngest is 15 years old. Parts: left orbit zygomatic area, left cheek, left ear hanging down, left front of the screen, right upper lip, right chin, right cheek area. Lesions nature: hair epithelial tumor, capillary hemangioma, calcified epithelial tumor, common warts, myxoma, epidermoid cysts, chronic mucosal ulcer in 1 case. Defect range: the smallest 2.2 × 1.2cm, the largest 4.6 × 3.4cm. Flap: Limberg flap in 5 cases; Dufoumental, flaps in 2 cases. Treatment outcome: One Limberg flap in 5 cases left a 1 × 2 mm “1-” shape scar. The remaining cases healed well.
