妇科腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、恢复快及痛苦相对较轻等诸多优点,已取代了大部分开腹手术。但是,随着妇科腹腔镜手术的日益普及,手术范围不断扩大,手术难度较以往亦不断增加,因此,腹腔镜手术并发症的发生率也逐渐增多[1]。在妇科腹腔镜手术中,由于子宫与输尿管解剖上特殊的毗邻关系,输尿管损伤呈增多趋势。本文即将我院发生的腹腔镜术中输尿管损伤2例,分析如下。
Gynecologic laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of less trauma, faster recovery and less pain, and has replaced most of the open surgery. However, with the increasing popularity of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery, the scope of the operation has been expanding and the difficulty of the operation has been increasing. Therefore, the incidence of complications of laparoscopic surgery has also gradually increased [1]. In gynecological laparoscopic surgery, due to the uterus and ureter anatomical special adjacent relationship, ureteral injury showed an increasing trend. This article is about our hospital laparoscopic ureteral injury in 2 cases, as follows.
