硅酸盐岩石分析中,目前对氧化亚铁的测定方法通常应用氢氟酸—硫酸溶样、重铬酸钾滴定的容量法,也有用邻菲啰啉比色法.由于在试样的分解过程中亚铁易被氧化,所以一般在应用中,控制条件要求较严,另外在亚铁与总铁的连测诸方案中,也同样存在这个问题.作者采用高压聚乙烯塑料瓶,取毫克量样品密闭用酸分解,然后直接在同一溶液中,用邻菲啰啉光度法测定亚铁和三氧化二铁,获得满意结果.方法稳定,控制条件不严,极易掌握,成本很低,具有一定经济效益.
