从通俗环毛蚓[Pheretimavulgaris（chen）]（沪地龙），中提取分离得到一白色结晶，经红外光谱鉴定为玻珀酸（Amberacid）；用气相色谱一质谱联用方法，分析鉴定了其中18种脂肪酸，且油酸，花生烯酸和花生四烯酸的含量较高；用氨基酸分析仪鉴定了其中的20种游离氨基酸，总游离氨基酸含量为8．629％。
A white crystal was isolated from the genus Pheretimavulgaris (chen) (Hudilong) and identified by infrared spectroscopy as Amberacid. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was used to analyze and identify 18 kinds of fatty acids, and the content of oleic acid, arachidonic acid and arachidonic acid were higher; 20 kinds of free amino acids were identified by amino acid analyzer, and the total free amino acid content was 8.629%.
