近年来,山东省高密市结合推进农村社区建设,探索建立“三同步、三规范、三保障”的工作机制,积极构建以社区党委(总支)为核心、其他各类基层党组织共同参与的社区化农村党建新格局,有效提高了农村基层党建工作水平。
