The authors evaluated the curative effect of radical gastrectomy for primary B-cell lymphoma and sought consensus on the point that patients can be adequately treated only by surgery. METHODS: A total of 112 B-cell lymphomas were surgically treated from 1967 to 1993, 60 of which only received standard radical gastrectomy.
