运用数量分析方法探讨集群声誉租金对集群企业经营行为的影响,研究表明集群品牌的共有产权性质容易引发集群品牌的“公地悲剧”。促进集群企业采取集体行动的组织基础是地方政府和行业协会。可从适度控制集群企业数量、实施集群品牌使用许可制、构建集群企业社区平台和集群与市场间信息交流平台等方面,对集群品牌使用权、集群产品质量实施有效监管。
The quantitative analysis method is used to explore the effect of cluster reputational rents on the management behavior of the cluster enterprises. The research shows that the common property rights of the cluster brands are likely to lead to cluster tragedy of the commons. The organizational basis for promoting collective action by cluster enterprises is local government and industry associations. From the appropriate control of the number of enterprises in the cluster, the implementation of the cluster brand licensing system, build cluster enterprise community platform and information exchange between the cluster and market platforms, the cluster brand rights, the effective implementation of cluster product quality supervision.
