单眼隐性眼球震颤是指遮盖健眼,患眼单眼注视目标时产生不自主的眼球运动,双眼同时注视不自主的眼球运动消失。本文报告3例。 例1 薛某,男性,23岁,查体时发现右眼视力1.5,左0.3(不能矫正)自诉左眼看视力表越注意力集中,越看不清楚,眼前物体左右旋转摆动,头昏,双眼同时注视上述症状消失,左眼单眼注视约15秒钟时出现眼球震颤,水平型从左→右震颤摆动,随注视时间加长从慢到快,眼球震颤率约每分钟140次,眼位:33cm角膜荧光法照影,外斜-10°,注视性质呈+2环～-3环水平震颤,诊断:左眼隐性眼球震颤、弱视,左眼外斜视。
