针对传统的故障诊断方法的局限性,将小波包分析方法应用到回转零件故障诊断中,利用小波包分解和重构方法有效地提取回转零件的共振频段,解决了传统方法人为确定共振解调频段的局限性。应用小波包算法处理后的信号重新采样,再根据Hilbert变换和包络谱细化原理,得到一种新的细化包络谱。通过回转零件的故障诊断实验分析,验证了该理论方法的正确性和实用性。
Aiming at the limitations of traditional fault diagnosis methods, the wavelet packet analysis method is applied to the fault diagnosis of rotating parts. The wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction method is used to extract the resonance frequency band of rotating parts efficiently. The traditional method to solve the resonance demodulation frequency band Limitations. After the signal processed by the wavelet packet algorithm is resampled, a new refinement envelope spectrum is obtained according to the principle of Hilbert transform and envelope refinement. Through the experimental analysis of fault diagnosis of rotating parts, the correctness and practicability of the theoretical method are verified.
