流动人口管理权是自治机关社管类自治权其中一项。民族地区自治机关流动人口管理自治权存在着现实必要性,但当前民族地区流动人口管理仍然存有滞后现象,应结合《民族区域自治法》因地制宜,加强管理。
The management of floating population is one of the autonomy organs for administration of social organizations. However, there is still a lag in the current management of the floating population in ethnic minority areas. We should strengthen the management in accordance with the “Law on Regional National Autonomy” in accordance with local conditions.
