患者男,68岁,声音嘶哑8年,伴活动后气促、心悸2年,收住院。8年前因声音嘶哑到五官科就诊,检查发现左侧声带麻痹,X线检查示左主动脉弓及降部有一3cm×4cm圆形肿块伴左侧横膈抬高,纤维支气管镜检查阴性。临床诊断为肺癌,曾放疗40余次。5年前确诊为冠心病、主动脉瘤、心功能不全。两年后猝死。讨论本例曾长期被误诊为肺癌,放疗40余
Male patient, 68 years old, hoarseness 8 years, with activity, shortness of breath, palpitations 2 years, admitted to hospital. 8 years ago hoarse voice to the ENT treatment, examination revealed vocal cord paralysis on the left, X-ray examination showed a left aortic arch and descending a 3cm × 4cm round lumps with left diaphragm elevation, bronchoscopy negative. Clinical diagnosis of lung cancer, had radiotherapy more than 40 times. 5 years ago diagnosed with coronary heart disease, aortic aneurysm, cardiac insufficiency. Sudden death after two years.
