企业的腐败是指企业管理人员不正当地利用手中的公共权力或者受托权力为自己或自己的亲朋好友谋取私利的行为。目前,腐败问题是各个企业都存在的通病,而在企业转型升级过程中,部分工作人员利用工作之便,损公肥私、中饱私囊,使一批干部由此走向腐化并堕入犯罪,造成企业腐败现象发展更加迅猛,破坏了企业的生产和经营,也阻碍了企业的发展。本文通过对企业转型升级过程中腐败的界定、成因及分析,提出了根除企业腐败现象的对策和措施。
