目的探讨管形吻合器在直肠中、低位癌根治术中的应用。方法回顾性分析我科2000年12月～2006年12月应用管形吻合器治疗33例直肠中、下部癌的体会。结果全组无手术死亡,吻合口漏1例,术后3年吻合口及盆腔内肿瘤复发2例。结论使用管形吻合器治疗直肠中、下部癌不仅可进一步提高手术疗效,而且也极大地提高患者术后的生存质量。
Objective To investigate the application of tube stapler in the treatment of middle and low carcinoma of the rectum. Methods Retrospective analysis of our department from December 2000 to December 2006 application of tube stapler in the treatment of 33 cases of rectal cancer, the lower part of the cancer experience. Results There was no operative death in all the cases, one case of anastomotic leakage, 2 cases of anastomotic recurrence and pelvic tumor recurrence 3 years after operation. Conclusion The use of tube stapler in the treatment of lower and middle rectal cancer not only further enhance the efficacy of surgery, but also greatly improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
