本文根据H_2-N_2-O_2体系的汽-液-固相平衡数据,确定氢液化装置中液化前气氢中氧含量的安全阈值探讨了氢液化装置防止发生固氧爆炸的三个途径:(1)用超纯氢生产液氢:(2)液氢洗涤过滤;(3)调节液化前氢中的氮、氧浓度比介绍了液氢洗涤过滤器及其安全生产的工艺流程。实验证明,它具有防止固氧进入液氢槽的良好效果,使氢液化装置安全地长期连续运转。
In this paper, based on the vapor-liquid-solid equilibrium data of H_2-N_2-O_2 system, the safety threshold of hydrogen content in hydrogen in liquefaction plant before liquefaction is determined. Three ways to prevent oxygen explosion in hydrogen liquefaction plant are discussed: ) Production of liquid hydrogen with ultrapure hydrogen: (2) Liquid hydrogen washing and filtration; (3) Adjustment of nitrogen and oxygen concentration ratio in hydrogen prior to liquefaction The process flow of liquid hydrogen scrubbing filter and its safety production are introduced. Experiments show that it has the good effect of preventing the solid oxygen from entering the liquid hydrogen tank, so that the hydrogen liquefying unit can safely operate continuously for a long time.
