内地藏生是作为教育工作的一个特殊的群体,在语言和习俗上都有很大的障碍,这就要求在英语教学中一定要对内地藏生特殊对待,而在高职英语中,内地藏生就需要特别的教育。“全人”教育模式在我国实行的并不多见,很多教师对学生的教育就是要求学生掌握一些知识和技能,殊不知,综合素质全面发展的学生才是社会上真正需要的,“全人”教育模式是对学生教学发展的需要,从而能够更积极有效地解决高职院校中内地藏生对英语的学习。
As a special group of educational work in the Mainland, Tibetan possession in the Mainland has great obstacles in terms of language and customs. This requires that special treatment be given to the Tibetan possession in the English teaching. In the vocational English, Students need special education. “The whole person ” education mode is rare in our country, many teachers’ education to students is to ask students to master some knowledge and skills. As everyone knows, students with overall quality and comprehensive development are really needed in society. “ All People ”education mode is the need of students’ teaching and development, so that they can solve the learning of English more actively and effectively from the Tibetan students in the higher vocational colleges.
