塑料大棚覆盖技术,最早应用在秧田、蔬菜圃,以后扩大到茶园中应用.浙江省茶园中应用塑料大棚覆盖技术最早是在1987年,先在萧山市、杭州市西湖区试点,以后逐步扩大到全省各地,到1995年全省共有60余个点、近300亩茶园实行了塑料大棚覆盖栽培.据调查,使用塑料大棚的茶园,比一般茶园可提早10～15天开采,管理得好的塑料大棚茶园,其投入产出比可达1:1.5～1:2.如萧山市闻堰镇黄山林场2.6亩大棚茶园,1991年收入12900元,除去成本后获利6600元,近年随着早期龙井茶价格上扬,其得利更多.景宁县漈头茶场1.8亩大棚茶园,春季采制30kg名茶,除去成本支出,每千克茶增收220元.永嘉县乌牛早名茶开发场1995年2月28日大棚茶园就开采,3月2日名茶上市,每千克茶卖价高达1000元.为推进塑料大棚茶园的发展,笔者就塑料大棚茶园建立与管理的技术措施作一浅述.
