以马克思主义为指导，汲取社会学、文化学、政治学、传播学等学科成果，可以把社会主义核心价值观的社会共识构建机制概括为五个方面：社会需要的反映机制、社会制度的制约机制、社会化的培育机制、大众文化和舆论的导向机制、文化全球传播的软权力机制。在培育和践行社会主义核心价值观进程中，需要认识和把握这些机制，促进核心价值观为广大人民所感知、认同、掌握，使社会主义核心价值观真正成为社会文化生活的主旋律，实现其主导地位，发挥其引领作用。","Taking Marxism as a guide and leaing the outcome of disciplinary such as sociology,cultural studies,politi-cal science,communication science,etc.,we can summarize the socialist core values of social consensus building mech-anism in five areas:Society needs to reflect the social system mechanism,restriction mechanism,social cultivation mechanism,popular culture and public opinion guide mechanism,and the spread of the global culture soft power mecha-nism.In the process of cultivating and practizing of the socialist core values,we need to recognize and take advantage of these mechanisms to promote the core values to be perceived,identified and controlled by the people.Then socialist core values will truly become the main theme of the social and cultural life,achieve its dominant position,and play its leading role.
